The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Human Resources Administration (HRA) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the Provision of Personal Emergency Response Services (PERS), (PIN: 25BPEHC00501/EPIN: 06925B0002). This Competitive Sealed Bid (RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
