USFS R6 Drinking Water System PFAS Sampling and Analysis

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for commercial services to Advanced Environmental Laboratories (AEL). The evaluation was conducted utilizing streamlined comparative evaluation procedures under FAR Subpart 12.2. Award was made to the responsible offeror whose technically acceptable offer presented the lowest overall price, representing the most advantageous offer to the Government. The scope of work involves testing services requiring compliance with EPA Method 533 and valid Oregon Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ORELAP) certification.
