Partition each 20 μL reaction into approximately 20,000 droplets. Support six-color fluorescence detection. Process 96-well plates. Provide absolute nucleic acid quantification without reliance on standard curves. Support applications including: mutation detection copy number variation gene expression viral titer analysis Include software capable of automated thresholding, Poisson analysis, multiplex analysis, and export of results. Include all required computer hardware and system software. Include a compatible thermal cycler capable of operating 96-well deepwell PCR plates. These specifications are consistent with the manufacturer's published technical specifications. The contractor shall deliver the following equipment to the National Institutes of Health (NIH): One (1) Bio-Rad QX600 Droplet Digital PCR System One (1) Bio-Rad PTC Harmony Deepwell Thermal Cycler Training: Training is not included under this purchase. The contractor is not required to provide user training as part of this award.
